Can I return by item?

All intention to return any item must be notified within 3 working days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned in the condition they were received for a full refund. All return costs must be born by the customer. Refunds will only be provided once the goods have been received back at the warehouse and its contents checked.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation must be made within the terms set out in our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee on all orders.

 

Can I add to or amend my order once checkout is complete?

No, to add additional items to your order you must submit a new one. All items ordered incorrectly will be accepted as a return inline with our returns policy

 

 

Delivery

How much will delivery cost me?

Delivery is £4.99 up to the value of £75. Orders over £75 are FREE

 

How soon will I receive my goods?

We endeavour to deliver your goods within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, large or bulky orders may incur a delay. We aim to notify all customers of any dispatch delay exceeding 10 working days. Please note we can not be held responsible for any delays incurred during transit in the postal/courier system.

 

How will my order be sent?
