Awards For All
A joint Lottery funding programme, designed to help small groups to run projects that will involve people in their community in art, sport and heritage, and projects that promote education, the environment and health in the local community. Grants of between £300 and £10,000 are awarded in a simple and straightforward way.

Community Spaces programme
Part of Changing Spaces, a programme investing in environment led projects. Community Spaces is delivered by Groundwork UK and will fund projects to help communities improve their local spaces, including play areas.

Heritage Lottery Fund
The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) has a number of grant giving programmes, including Parks for People and Young Roots. Some children's play and playground projects have received HLF funding.

People's Millions
People's Millions has a total of £3.8m to give away; the lottery funded project offers up to £50,000 to help communities improve facilities and get more out of their local area. Funds are available to voluntary or community organizations, schools, local authorities and health bodies.

Waste Recycling Environmental Limited
(WREN) was established in 1997. WREN is a company limited by guarantee and a non-profit making Environmental Body (EB) registered to fund projects which are eligible under the Landfill Communities Fund.

Biffaward
Biffaward is one of the most respected Landfill Communities Fund schemes, and has awarded more than £100 million to worthwhile projects since 1997. Community awards are from £5,000 to £50,000.

Kids First Trust

Royal Bank of Scotland Supergrounds
RBS Supergrounds for primary schools is a £6m, six-year community programme that allows RBS Group employees to nominate their local school for a Supergrounds Award. They then work with the school to help it develop fantastic outdoor playing and learning spaces for, and with, its pupils.
