Ordering and Delivery

To place an order

Put a product in your basket by clicking 'Buy Now'
When you have filled your basket you can proceed to 'Checkout'.
You will be required to login or register. To register simply fill in your details and select a Username and Password.
This means next time you come to make an order you can simply type in your Username and Password and don't have to bother with all of your details again.

Once you have clicked the 'Checkout' icon you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. Please keep this confirmation email. No Payment necessary at time of purchase as you will be invoiced upon receipt of goods.

You are not required to enter any credit card details as if you are a School, County Council or Local Authority you will be accepted as an account customer and invoiced accordingly. For all non account and non local authority orders full payment will be required before orders can be processed.

If installation is required you will be telephoned by one of our representatives to arrange a suitable time and date.

Delivery

Please let us know the delivery address, available access and any restrictions on vehicles. We will be happy to discuss delivery options with you.

We aim to complete all deliveries within four to six weeks. We will contact you with payment and delivery details.

When ordering please be advised of the following:

Our standard Delivery is 2 or 3 days from dispatch, our standard delivery is completed when your order reaches your door.

Some products are heavy and maybe delivered via the pallet network.

All prices quoted throughout the Fawns Recreational Services Ltd site are ex vat.
15 % Vat will be added at the basket.

Purchases from £0 to £ 200 = £20.00
Purchases from £201 to £550 = £40.00
Purchases from £551 to £750 = £60.00
Purchases from £751 to £1000 = £80.00
Purchases from £1001 to £1500 = £110.00
Purchases from £1501 to £2000 = £140.00
Purchases Over £2000 = £POA

(Above Delivery Charges are plus VAT and are for UK England ONLY)

Available extras: Two man delivery, Timed delivery and or locating of goods in desired areas - POA.
